On the afternoon of November 10, 2022, members of the third-party supervision and evaluation organization for corporate compliance, including Pan Zhongping, a lawyer from Beijing Yingke (Jiaxing) Law Firm, Ye Chaoxia from Jiaxing Ecological Environment Bureau, and Cheng Xianhong from Jiaxing Emergency Management Bureau, visited Haining Kunpeng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. to inspect the company's compliance rectification.

       The third-party organization experts first reviewed all the documents and materials related to the company's special rectification, including rectification reports, work ledgers, rules and regulations, relevant contracts, etc., and inspected the production workshop, office environment, hazardous waste storage areas, and other areas of Kunpeng Company. The focus was on verifying the specific rectification implementation of Kunpeng Company, and conducting a compliance questionnaire survey on randomly selected company employees. Subsequently, third-party experts organized requirements and hopes for the company's legal and compliant production and operation, as well as long-term compliance culture construction.

       The person in charge of Kunpeng Company, General Manager Hu Yushen, stated that the company attaches great importance to this compliance construction and will make compliance a regular part of the company's business management in the future, striving to cultivate a long-term corporate compliance culture.
